By using ScamNotScam, you agree to the terms below. It's a beta tool built to help you spot scams — but it's an assistant, not a guarantee.
01 Beta software, provided as-is
ScamNotScam is currently in beta and is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Verdicts are AI-generated assessments, not guarantees.
Always use your own judgment before clicking links, opening attachments, or sharing information in any email — regardless of what ScamNotScam reports. A "looks legitimate" verdict is not a promise of safety, and a scam flag is not a certainty.
02 Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for any loss or harm resulting from reliance on ScamNotScam's analysis. This includes false positives (flagging a safe email as suspicious) and false negatives (failing to catch an actual scam). The tool is one input to your decision, not a replacement for caution.
03 Access during beta
During the beta period, access is limited to approved testers. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service, or change who has access, at any time and without notice.
04 Acceptable use
Don't attempt to abuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service for malicious purposes, and don't use it to interfere with its normal operation for other users.
05 Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
